How do I create my first task?

To create your first task in RedLeaf:

  1. Log in to your RedLeaf account
  2. Click on the "+" button in the top right corner
  3. Enter the task details including title, description, and due date
  4. Select a category (optional)
  5. Click "Save" to create your task
How do I share a task with a team member?

Sharing tasks with team members is easy:

  1. Open the task you want to share
  2. Click on the "Share" button
  3. Enter the email address of your team member
  4. Set their permission level (view or edit)
  5. Click "Send Invite"

Your team member will receive an email notification with access to the task.

Can I use RedLeaf offline?

Yes, RedLeaf has offline capabilities. When you're offline:

  • You can view your tasks and make changes
  • Any changes you make will be saved locally
  • Once you're back online, your changes will sync automatically

Note that some features like real-time collaboration require an internet connection.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and set a new password
